Massage Therapists
Our massage team works with a variety of treatments and techniques, with opportunities to expand into specialty services and continuing education.
We especially love meeting therapists who bring a unique skill set or area of expertise to the table.
Estheticians
We’re looking for estheticians who love skin, but also understand the power of creating an experience. Our treatments range from advanced and results-focused skincare to deeply restorative, massage-forward rituals.

Front Desk + Spa Support
You’re the first hello, the last goodbye and a huge part of how our guests experience Earth + Water.
We look for warm, organized, dependable people who are comfortable multitasking, communicating with guests and therapists, solving problems and helping the spa run smoothly behind the scenes.
Hospitality experience is wonderful — but personality, initiative and the ability to make people feel welcome matter just as much.
