Marta is a highly experienced massage therapist with over 20 years in practice, and a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute. Her continued education includes advanced training in Myofascial Release (Unwinding Technique), Polarity Therapy, and both Usui and Karuna Reiki.

With a lifelong dedication to caring for others, Marta’s path into bodywork was a natural evolution. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, she worked as a medical interpreter and nanny—roles that deepened her intuitive understanding of people and their needs. Through massage, she discovered a meaningful way to connect with others and support their well-being through the healing power of touch.

Marta believes massage therapy is an essential practice for promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress, and releasing pain and tension that accumulates over time. Her approach is both therapeutic and nurturing, creating a space where clients feel supported, restored, and at ease.

She specializes in a range of modalities including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Myofascial Release (Unwinding Technique), and Reiki sessions.
